Aspen Grove Welcomes Dr. Ben Crosland

Dr Crosland brings with him an extensive background in lameness work and sports medicine. We look forward to expanding our lameness services through his talent and expertise. He will be joining our practice in March and will be assuming the majority of the lameness work in the practice.

Dr Ben Crosland was born and raised in Utah. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University in 2011. After graduating from WSU he did a one-year interenship at Oak Ridge Equine Hospital in Oklahoma, a referral practice specializing in Sports Medicine and Surgery. The following year Dr Crosland continued his training doing a Fellowship at the Oregon State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Prior to coming to Utah, he spent 4 years working in sunny Southern California at a private practice (Mission Equine), working primarily on English performance horses. Dr Crosland enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but is very passionate about sports medicine. He and his wife Carrie are excited to get back to Utah, and look forward to spending time in the mountains with their three children. Dr Crosland enjoys riding, team roping, and loves to fly fish!
